Getting service for an online order is impossible!

I tried to do a virtual chat and was told that virtual chat was not available. Then it gave me a phone number to call but when I called that number it is all pre-recorded prompts and no live service rep available to assist me. My problem does not fall into any of the categories on the list of pre-recorded responses. As a Macys American Express cardholder, I expect to be able to speak to someone that can assist me. I guess Ill have to cancel the entire order. User's recommendation: Think before ordering online.

If you are actual Representative of Macys you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
