Opal faded to clear

Paid $600 for a on sale Opal necklace and the Opal faded to clear after wearing just a few times. So I called customer service to get a refund and was told that there was a 60 day refund policy and that you can't wear it also to get refund. It was bought as a gift in April and she didn't wear it till late May, its now July and the color is gone. So I'm out $600. There Jewerly is fake people. Don't buy!! User's recommendation: Don't buy anything of value from this Company. Or really anything.
