Want to order a rug I had tried to order a rug in the Danbury store I tried calling several Times and the no answer . After about 40 Minutes of trying I have up and called customer service. After some back and forth he was going to check the price of the rug with the store. Ones dont hold with h for about 10 minutes and then was connected to the Danbury store where the phone kept ringing User's recommendation: Shop somewhere Else poor customer service.
