Went to Macys CoralSprings Florida. Purchased many items. Grandson went to wear pants to a formal occasion this morning. Could not wear correct and required pants. Will keep pants but want a credit if I need to return to the store for the ineptness of your associate, This is Not the first time but I am a Platinum Member and spend a lot of $$ at your store. Please Respond ASAP. This store is a major hassle to get to. Do most of my shopping on line due to Pandemic in Florida. Mrs Deborah Thomashaw User's recommendation: Don’t shop at this store.
