I returned a couple of purchases and expected a refund, however I never got it. One reason is that the original method of payment is no longer available. That bank account is closed. I suggested my refund be sent to my Chase bank account. Well that has taken too long. They keep telling me that it will arrive at my Chase bank account and for me to wait 14 days.
