What happened is noom wouldn't work on my new android phone. I played around for 3 weeks with the noom support. They gave me a promo code which I told them repeatedly did not work. I was at my wits end. So I canceled. But then I thought darn it, this should be able to be fixed (I love the program), I couldn't believe ghey were all going to just say oh were sorry to hear that, bla, bla and nothing gets done. Then I Google a phone number for noom, and I reach Alex in Guatamala! (Really worried about my phone bill). Well Alex put the promo code in for me and it worked!?!? wonder why User's recommendation: If something like this happens to you, don't settle until you get a proper outcome. Thankyou to Alex in Guatemala, you were so helpful, and also talking to a person is better because usually I can't get my message typed and they're shutting me down.
