Hello I took up your offer of a free trial Pay pal says 12 june 2021 I was shocked and dissapointed to see charges appearing on my credit card . I have been in hospital for 3 visits recently operation for a pacemaker after collapsing at home with head injury I must have missed cancelling the end of the free trial and I really sincerely apologise but I have not used your service and I'm wondering if you can help me please I am not well and financially this is a struggle for me I really look forward to hearing your reply and apologise for my mistake as because of my problems I have made a few mistakes with appointments etc I'm just asking for your forgiveness Regards Sue Hickey Sydney Australia I
