Update by user Jun 15, 2021 May 3,2021 I did get my points back but only 30,000 instead of 40,000 Thought I had a few months to use/book but apparently only had 30! Had been sick but did check vacay spots/ dates, and talked with reps but could not find what I needed for all family so booked through VRBO to accommodate all. I then wanted to use points for a hotel stay for a wedding and found out they were again gone! total BS! I paid $1600, GIVE ME A REFUND OR MY VACAY CUZ $1600 would have definately given me and my family one! Original review posted by user Jun 15, 2021 I joined two years ago and was very hesitant but after talking to my agent he assured me I could book a FREE resort/vacation when paid in full with the 40,000 points. I explained the types of vacations I take, certain area and people in my family, I needed to be able to accommodate all. I was suckered for sure because I found none of that was true! After paying the $1600, we now have lost our points ( never knew they expired) but its in fine print I guess. Covid hit, couldnt travel and everything that was offered is two bedroom or less and you still have to pay and dates are preset- SCAM!! User's recommendation: NOT RECOMMEND.
