Poor buying experience

I was locked out from purchasing a phone. Before you put the phone in your cart, you have to provide credentials from your carrier. I thought it was asking for my account passcode and not the security passcode. I now cannot purchase the phone since I cannot log in. Horrible. User's recommendation: Buy from your carrier, Best Buy believes in low prices, not customer service.
