Faulty hand towel and wash cloth

I've had my towels a couple years I think and now suddenly one hand towel has *** in it and a wash cloth is getting torn up with a few holes. I've not had any problems with my towels or sheets from your company until now. I don't know what to do next. I do not know if others have had this problem.
