Good Morning. I am writing in behalf of my daughter Alice Nicola Ionescu in relation with her Online passport application. Application No 200********. We have some issues. I got an email saying that the online passport application we send does not meet requirements. If we saw that we have completed the passport application from Garda station, and sent it to you along with photos and Garda Officer witness stamp. This morning we got an email saying that we need to submit new consent form. Now why do I need a new consent form filled + new photos when already have sent you the form signed by the garda officer + passport photos. Looking forward hearing from you. I tried to ring you and no one answered. The webchat its not working either
