Returned items didn’t receive refund

Returned 3 items they arrived 6/5/21 and I never received my money back. I would like my money back from the 3 outfits that I paid and sent back because they didnt fit my wife

》 Light in the box is very difficult to do business with. It is impossible to phone or email their customers service. It impossible to exchange or return any unwanted items. It is not a good company.

》 No follow up. You may NEVER receive anything for the charge on your credit card

》 I placed a ordered and y’all took it out my account and I never received it
