My grand theft auto

My grand theft auto hasn't been working for one whole week, its very annoying and unpleasant, I didn't purchase the game to look at it, this is unacceptable why can't I play the game? I have tried to fix it through YouTube lost all my saved data still can't play gta online.... User's recommendation: Watch what u re buying gta online is too stressful.
