I was told the annual fee would not come until August 4. However, I got charged today. A week or two ago I asked the lady behind the desk to tell me when I need to end my membership, and she said I had until then but turns out it was today, and she told me there's nothing she can do about it even though she told me the information wrong and now I'm out 39 dollars when I was told it would be fine.
