I have called the 800 number dozens of times never once did i get a response. Im trying to cancel the cool sculpting package that i had purchased because when purchasing i was not notified about the 3+ month waiting list. I emailed the doctor that signed me up multiple times to get this squared away an receive no answer once again. This has got to be the worst costomer service i have ever seen and would like this resolved. User's recommendation: Don't buy package without confirming avalibility!
