Shortage on CD interest earned.

4

On 8/23/19 I took out a CD for 12 months at 2.45% for $100.000. At maturity I was told the CD interest earned was $2,406.65. My calculations say it should have been $2,450. My account number was xxxxxx3602. I was told that the reason was that the rates fluctuate, which was new to me. Since last August, 2020, I have been asking for my $43.35 that I was shorted. I was told it be investigated and I got a voicemail answer that I received the correct amount. I renewed the $100000 CD thinking it would be corrected, but it wasn't. Since then, all inquiries have gone unanswered. I still feel I was correct, and I now want my $43.35 plus interest. My name Charles Montante and I have an additional CD maturing on 1/30/21(acct # xxxxxx8432w)
