They say it only if you have trouble and if the wire harnesses our corroding and repair as needed! Yes they our burning off the wire pins since they have the wrong seal in the connector and moisture can get in the connection! They dont want to drive every time one goes bad because we our two hours away from the dealership! There is 72 of these connections!Stand behind your products that you sell!!! User's recommendation: There warranty and new technologies our very expensive and they don’t like to warranty anything.
