I have been on hold for 1 hour and 54 minutes and counting to ask a 5 minute question and then I have to do it all over again after I transfer a reservation. On top of all this, I feel cheated by Worldmark for the COVID period. $9000 to not be able to use points in the last year. The least you could have done is not cancel points on anniversary dates since resorts were closed and let people use travelshare carryover from last year. I am already fighting my husband monthly on this issue and it may very well cause a divorce. So much for platinum anything. I am exhausted by this. What did you do? Fire all your travel representatives for online bookings which you still get 17% .commission for? I cannot do this online or I would Believe me!!!!
