Make complaint on pooor customer service
I reported a faulty prepaid meter on 9/02/21 complaint # 539**** to a Ms Mwana nothing was done and made a follow up on 14/02/21 to a Ms Cristabel complaint # 540****. Upto now nothing has been done and l feel have been treated un fairly. At some point someone even falsified in the ob that my problem was sorted out. My account # is 0426861****. Upto now l don't have power. User's recommendation: They should be ready for poor service from zesco.
