Non Connection of power to my property

I applied for a residential Connection of power to my house in 2019.A quotation was issued to which I responded by payment of a sum of 1709ZMK in April of the same year. It took a year for a single pole to erected. From the time the pole was erected to date the local Zesco office is hardly commited to connecting, despite the manager claiming materials were finally in. Ironically, despite his assurances, no fruitful outcome. I still remain unconnected It is my hope that the powers that be intervenes to save the image of the institution. Lungu Isaac, Chipembe, Nyimba User's recommendation: There is need for a Job tracking system which z free manipulation from the local implementors of works to be done.
