Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use availity at your practices or even consider it. I have been trying to get access to our online account to obtain EOB's. You cant call in to get that info, so they tell you to go online and register. Yet, it will now allow us to create an account. And our existing account cannot be retrieved. I have been calling customer service for WEEKS! Not even a response nor does someone even answer the phone.
