I have tried and tried to call some one at Cricuit since my Easypress 2 stopped working. It is only 5 months old and wont heat up when plugged in!. I'm on hold yet again with the second 800 number I've found. This is ridiculous and I won't be buying that new cricuit cutter I was going to with this kind of customer service!! User's recommendation: Use your own iron or buy a more professional heat press!
