Iv called 3 times and no one answered kept telling me they were closed when they don't close till 8 how can I fix my issue if I don't talk to someone this is poor customer service can't expect people to continue to pay for a subscription if we keep having problems and no one is answering to help us. It's be nice to hear back from someone because iv told multiple different issues that this could be
