My explorer air 2 communication error

Update by user Jul 18, 2021 Nothing from Cricut! Now my warranty has expired & I’m stuck with a broke machine. I’ll never purchase anything else from them. Original review posted by user Jun 17, 2021 I reached out because my Explorer Air 2 started giving a communication error on the day the Cricut 3 was released. They couldnt fix my machine by trouble shooting it. I asked about it being under the one yr warranty and have yet to get a response, that was 3 days ago! I need my machine I have a business to run!!! User's recommendation: Don’t purchase their devices! They don’t hold up and customer care can’t assist you!
