Update by user Oct 14, 2020 The issue isn't resolved I am first writing this today Wednesday 14 Oktober 2020. Original review posted by user Oct 14, 2020 I attempted to write an e-mail and I got a message stating 500- Internal Server Error. I am writing to get a 2019 summary of my expenses IMMEDIATELY! Your receipt page initially when I depressed the send function erases my information two or three times and then in my final attempt it only gave me the most recent rental expense. I need a summary of all my expenses for 2019 Immediately hence the reason I was trying to write an e-mail when the receipt page failed and your to cheap to have a billing cycle service agent telephone number. Your customer service line is incompetent in that they can't get me to the correct department and they also can't speak correctly! They can't speak English, we don't need to be stalled, and we don't want our lives and data jeopardized by foreigners. You need to base all America calls and Canadian based calls with American people Red, White, Blue, And Green Colored People in first order and Canadian Real Native peoples respectively not offshore incompetent unconcerned or worse hostile agents of foreign lands fulfilling destructive agendas intentionally stalling and giving false information. The second person was difficult to comprehend but the forwarding to her was false from your customer service according to her. Then she was trying to bounce me back to customer service she claimed should have handled the matter she was not empowered to handle so it becomes clear that these foreigners will always only play tactics on us. I need a summary of my 2019 hertz expenses immediately!
