Ordered a full-size rental car online. When I got there the young lady told me that they didnt have anymore full-size and that I would have to upgrade to a SUV for an extra $100. A gentleman behind me was just returning a full-size car so I asked if I could rent that on. The lady said yes they just have to wash it. The young lady mad a few phone calls then inform me that that rental could not be rented out because the plates were expired. I said the car was just returned and the plates are expired. She said yes. I took pics of the returned car and the plates exp 6/2021 which is the end of this month User's recommendation: Worse rental car place ever!!!
