Double hold on my credit card

The company put a double hold on my credit card. The first one was when i first picked up the vehicle which was fine and confirmed. The second hold was placed on my card AFTER i returned the vehicle and was given a receipt. Then when i called to see why i was charged a hold twice. All the rep could tell me was to wait 5 days to see if its fixed. No compensation or apologies for their error worst ental car company evert t User's recommendation: rent from budget no crazy charges and better cars.
