We received a diamond jar blender as a housewarming gift from our friends. Model no. KSB1575CL. Serial no. W8159****. It was a brand new from the box when we first tried it. Once the power on is flashing, I pressed no 3 for mix. The next thing was the entire panel were flashing and the blender didnt work. I attached the video link below.
