On or about the 26th of April 2021, I had a Samsung A01 phone explode, generating tremendous heat and toxic fumes, damaging carpet. Contacted Samsung, was told to send phone, pictures of damaged carpet, along with estimates for replacing carpet, after receiving biohazard material for shipping the phone, and requested photos and estimates, also stated wanted refund for the phone, have contacted Samsung several times since, have received no satisfaction as of May 26th 2021....
