Resolved: Poor service and I was lied to

Update by user Aug 11, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. I finally received a call from their cooperate customer Relations department. After a nice discussion with Claudia P., Samsung will reimburse me for the part I had to purchase. If you need to talk with someone from their Corporates Offices, you have to send an email to Office of the President.sea.samsung.com. Original review posted by user Aug 10, 2021 Dishwasher intake water valve is cheaply made and there is documented proof with a large number of people having problems. I was told the parts would be paid for by Samsung, which was approved by a supervisor. When repair service called to set an appointment, they stated this was not documented in their work order. This large company will not let you contact their Corporate Offices to discuss. Never ran into that problem, but maybe that's the new thing. problems User's recommendation: Think twice before you purchase a Samsung product. Poor Customer service.
