My original shipment was returned to iTech due to shipper recall. I want to return the items that were finally delivered to me on April 14. All anyone does is look at the FedEx delivery notification without looking at the full explanation that the product was returned to iTech. They also are not paying attention to the delivery date my post office wrote on the box. I have sent pictures fully explaining the situation. Each time a get a new idiot who does not look beyond the default info sent. User's recommendation: Be very careful.
