They automatically charged me $60 for a Nest Aware subscription renewal without prior notification of the upcoming charge. I did not want to renew the subscription and immediately canceled the subscription upon receipt of the email notification for the charge. I do not use the service and have no need to renew. And they refuse to refund the money. Pathetic customer service experience. Stuck with a service I do not use or want for another year, when they will probably try and fawk me again for another year without warning. Total scam User's recommendation: Watch out for auto-renewal, because Google will not notify you.
