Went for covid-19 test. Waited in my car for an hour. I asked if they were busy, they told me no, not really. 1 car pulled up and went right in. 40 mins. Later another car pulled up, sat there for 10 mins., then went in. I got frustrated and called them to cancel. They said okay. These people don't care about you. They are the worse medical place to go to. User's recommendation: Don't go to the Chippawa Plazza one.
