I still can’t excess my account this has been over two weeks now

My account got lock out saying verify my account when I have done it multiple times and it's getting frustrating my tip jar has money as well I can't get too we are going on a family vacation tomorrow 6/24/2021 and that's was going to be my gas money please have a specialist reach out to me ASAP
