Multiple Issues

Hi I have a number of problems: 1. Personal credit card charged on a business account/email I am no longer with 2. When I try to go through credit card checker there is an error on the options 3. When I submit a support ticket, I am unable to open the ticker on multiple different browsers (thinking the issue is on your end) All I'd like to do is cancel my subscription because I no longer need it and have been charged for two years in a row. Can someone please reach out via email or phone because I have no idea what my other options are. Thank you
