I have a free account, but I don't have an account I have to pay for, but I have a charge on my bank statement. I have sent numerous e-mails and cases were opened, but then closed without any info sent to me. The directions continue to say I have to access my account to do anything, but I can't access my account because I don't have one! These people are stealing money! User's recommendation: Don't access DROPBOX.
