Cut me off from my account

I am unable to obtain any assistance. Dropbox wrongfully asserts my administrator blocked me from my account. Dropbox instructed me to contact my administrator to unblock me. There is NO administrator. I am solely in charge of my account. Only support available is via email and the message I keep getting is that this is out of their control. Contact the administrator. Any ideas?
