Service problem

I am a pissed consumer. Dropbox has been charging us $11.99 a month for almost 2 years. I never order this service and never wanted it. It wound up on my husbands American Express account and he just paid it even though he didnt know what dropbox was or why we were being charged for it. I finally saw it and called AmericAn Express immediately because this is outrageous. User's recommendation: Be careful checking out this company because they will grab you in charge you and you won’t even know it.
