My wife went in to make a purchase and got a salesman Alex Santiago. He wasnt professional and talked down to my wife, instead of guiding her. He didnt know I was a few feet away. He definitely didnt know what he was talking about, in sales you want to maintain professionalism and relationships and you dont want to ever degrade a female or any customer. If PCR stands behind this uneducated clown, they will no longer receive any business. User's recommendation: No!!!
