My toaster broke after less than a year. So I called BandD. The customer service rep asked me if I tried moving it to a different electrical outlet or holding it down. I was told to send a picture of cut cord. Because the company doesn't want to get cheated from all these request for toasters. It's ridiculous and I refuse. I won't ever purchase anything else fdd User's recommendation: *** no. Apparently they think there customer are scammers.
