I bought a black and Decker toaster oven with air fryer September 2020 from Home Goods they told me if l don't have the receipt they cannot help me so l reach out to the company BLACK and DECKER. The company told me to cut 2 inches of the cord and send a photo which l did the company respond to me they received the photo but I'm still waiting on the product to be shiped. Im 94 years old that's the only oven l have to cook in. Thanks for your help.
