Terrible customer service from outside the USA

I have one good thing to say about Viasat: They are the second worst company I have ever dealt with. The worst is Sundenlink, so don't do business with them either. Viasat customer service is located in Mexico or some other South American country. I was on the phone almost two hours with four different agents (one supervisor) and each had such a heavy accent that communication was almost impossible, certainly frustrating! AND My problem was not resolved to my satisfaction. User's recommendation: If you have a choice, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
