Original review updated by user Apr 22, 2021 We disconnected service in February 2021. We had our son who lives 250 miles away climb on the roof and get the transponder off the dish and we sent all the equipment back through UPS. Two months later we get a charge on our credit card of $324.75 for not returning our equipment. We have searched high and low for our tracking number to no avail. I believe Viasat has a scam going on that they do this to most everyone hoping that folks no longer have their tracking number to prove they returned their equipment. They should be ashamed!! User's recommendation: Keep your tracking number to prove you returned your equipment.
