ceiling fan blew dust specks on 2 of my chairs (top cushion and the seat cushion) after I cleaned them. I went to answer phone and husband turned on fan before I did a final clean and moved my ladder. they will not honor says only covers accidents not normal wear. The tech that came out I doubt the machine would even work he wasn't going to clean anything from the start,. Old beat up truck and small hand cleaner. He just took pictures and left. CROOKS and the people selling them need to stop. they wont even give me my money back for the warranty I bought on 5 pcs.
