My wife went to regal nails @ a Wa. lmart in Appleton WI 54915 She chose pedicure with $10 upgrade. When she went to pay, they said. The card was expired. Couldn't use last year because of vivid. It said "expires 1 year after purchase ". It was beyond that but Covid hit and they closed temporarily. The corporate person said. "All regal's have different owners, nothing can be done for you"read the fine printr
