Estimate to install a bath tub

StsyWe made an appointment with Lowes for get installed a tub, the person who showed up was from Re bath. Estimate for just installation of tub and hardware in existing bath tub was about 12000 dollars. The estimator won't give us break down of individual item, kept on saying it is a package deal..what a rip off it is. User's recommendation: Stay away from ripoff.
