Ongoing incorrect billing and inability to contact by phone or internet

Update by user Jul 04, 2021 After 3 months of incorrect billing, I have now been assured the problem has now been fixed. I await the invoice due on 18 July with great interest. Original review posted by user Jun 03, 2021 Since receiving an email from Southern Phone 23 March 2021 advising of an incorrect late payment fee, there have been ongoing new account charges April, May and June. Today I tried to phone but was told there would be a long call-wait time; I tried to log in to my account to send a message but was unable to log in; I tried 'chat' but it would not respond. This is simply NOT acceptable! User's recommendation: Southern Phone offers the best SIM only plan but be aware, their billing is having problems and you cannot contact them.
