Why I can't use my voucher. It says my voucher is not valid why is that. it says I have up to a year to use it. I really hope u guys didn't give me a bogus voucher after i ask for my refund. if i paid for a trip for april 2020 how is it saying its Good if made before or on July 1 2020 good for a year. I'm trying to use it now. Its before July of this year please tell me you guys didn't just take my hard earned money $1053.12 and run. And why is it so difficult to get in contact with your company by email, live chat is crazy be on hold for hours and phone number Says number out of service. Covid 19 ruin my trip and you guys taking my money that is not fair that is so unfair and unprofessional . please someone from this company get back to me regarding this issue. thank you in advance
