I just wanted to note you that i sent many messages and emails about my refund for reservation number 2D836D8 (free cancellation) but I havent received my refund.I contacted the hotel about refund and replied that hasnt taken any money. Also I got many messages from your company told me that will receive my refund about December but I havent received until now. Please send me my money to my account ASAP. Best Regards User's recommendation: Don't use this company for booking.
