Original review posted by user Apr 22, 2021 Their "solutions" are not up to par, and that's not the worst part of it. It's nearly, if not, impossible to cancel your subscription, even though the "welcome" email says you can cancel any time. You have to ask permission for them to stop billing you, and they never contact you, barely ever. I got one email back saying that my subscription was cancelled successfully, but then I logged back in to see that I was still actively enrolled, and my cancellation was still "pending." I don't know if they're going to try to charge me. I hope they don't, but I have my doubts. User's recommendation: Don't do any business with them; don't sign up for anything with them.
